SGA offers a generous medical insurance plan through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. SGA pays 100% of medical insurance premiums for employees, their partners, and minor children.
SGA offers vision and dental insurance plans through Guardian. SGA pays 100% of dental & vision insurance premiums for employees and their dependents.

When an employee reaches 6 months of service, they are eligible to make pre-tax contributions to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and/or dependent care expenses.
Life and Disability Insurance
All employees are enrolled in SGA’s employer sponsored short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance (benefit amount for life insurance is equal to one year’s annual salary).


You are immediately eligible to participate in SGA’s 401(k). SGA matches up to 3% of your salary annually to your account beginning after 30 days of service.
